The delivery time depends on where the package needs to be sent to. Please remember that during the holiday period the process can take longer.

It’s possible that your order will be sent from two different locations, which means it’s possible that you can receive two packages. You will receive an e-mail which tells you exactly when you can expect what products. The return policy will start from the date you received your last package.

The shipping costs to the Netherlands and Belgium are €6,95. On orders above €75,00, the shipping costs are free.

Trace your order

After the order is sent to the given address, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your parcel online. You can also find your order and tracking information in your account. Please keep in mind that during the busy periods the delivery company needs a little more time to process the packages. It sometimes can take up to 5 days before the tracking information is visible.

Return shipments

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the date you received your package. The costs of returning the package will be at your own account. Full refunds will be made if:
-    The package is sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving the products.
-    The packaging is undamaged
-    The products have not been used, washed or altered in any way. All of the items will be reviewed individually upon return.
 
On the attached return form you can indicate which items are returned. You can also download the form from the order information page in your Footballtemple account. The return term starts from the date of arrival of the last product. You can no longer adjust orders after you have paid.
 
If you would like to change your item for a different size please return unwanted items and place a new order.

Can I return or exchange my items?
 
If you have purchased an item via the webshop, exchange or return is possible within 14 calendar days after the home delivery. The return term starts from the last received article.
 
The exchange of articles is only possible if we still have the desired product in stock. If this is not the case, the items will be reimbursed.
 
We only accept items that are unused and returned in the same condition as it was received. This means that all products are returned in their original packaging. All clothing and sneakers are unworn and still have the original labels on them.
 
When returning, always include a proof of purchase, packing slip and / or a return form. Save your proof of sending until you have received a confirmation of a refund.
 
If you would like to change your item for a different size please return unwanted items and place a new order.
 
How do I return my items?
 
After you have logged into your account you can download a return form. You can print this out and send it with your package.

Do I have to pay when returning and exchanging?
 
If you want to exchange your item we won’t charge you for the shipping. The delivery costs of the return packages will be for your own account. When you return all items from your order, all costs that have been charged will be fully refunded when the order is received. This means that if you paid shipping costs within your order this will be reimbursed. If you decide to keep one or more articles, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
 
How does the refund process works after returning or exchanging?
 
As soon as we receive your package the refund process will start. Usually it is processed by our administration team within 5 working days. Refunds will be done by the same payment method as you used when ordering. How long it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used. Please keep in mind that the companies behind the payment methods need time to process the payments aswell. So it can take up to 3 to 5 days before the money is in your account. After a refund you will receive an email.
 
Giftcards are not exchangeable for cash. If you return an item bought with a giftcard you will get another giftcard reissued as your refund.
 
In the case of an iDEAL payment, the sender of the reimbursement is Stg Mollie Payments and not Football Temple. You can find Football Temple in the description.
 
Discounted items?
 
Discounted items are not refunded. These can only be exchanged if we have the articles available. If this is not the case, you will receive a gift card. This can be redeemed in the store and the webshop.
 
Can I exchange or return my store purchase?
 
It is possible to exchange or return your purchased items within 14 days. This can be done at the store where the items were purchased. You can’t return items via the webshop if bought in the store.
 
Do I have a warranty on my items?
 
If the goods have any defects, these are obvious material or manufacturing defects or transport damage, you can send them back. You can indicate the problem on the return form. In this case we advise you to also contact our customer service via the email address: klantenservice@footballtemple.com. We will work with you to find a solution to this problem.
 
Your invoice or proof of purchase is your guarantee certificate. If you have purchased the items online, you can find this information in your personal account. It is advisable to keep these in case problems occur.

If your order is in your account, the order is in our system. You can also find the track and trace data in your account. If something has gone wrong and money has been withdrawn, you will be reimbursed for your full amount paid.
