Manchester City stormed to a 4-0 victory over Newcastle at the Etihad Stadium, with new signing Omar Marmoush stealing the show with a sensational first-half hat-trick.
The £59 million January arrival from Eintracht Frankfurt scored three times within 14 minutes, helping City dominate a top-four rival and climb to fourth place in the Premier League. Substitute James McAtee sealed the win late on, volleying home from a corner.

Marmoush’s Magic Moment
The Egyptian international wasted no time in making his mark, demonstrating his pace and finishing ability:
19’ – 1-0: Marmoush latched onto a long pass from Ederson, lobbing Martin Dubravka from outside the box. The assist marked Ederson’s sixth in the Premier League, a record for goalkeepers.
24’ – 2-0: A brilliant driving run from Ilkay Gundogan set him up to cut inside and drill a low shot past Dubravka.
33’ – 3-0: After Savinho’s clever footwork, Marmoush calmly side-footed home his third.

He almost grabbed a fourth moments later, but Dubravka denied him after a clever pass from Phil Foden.
City’s Dominance & Haaland’s Injury Scare
Newcastle struggled to create chances, with a deflected Alexander Isak shot their only real effort in the first half. After the break, Erling Haaland came close with a header before being substituted late on with an apparent injury. Fortunately, he was able to walk off the pitch.
