The Daily Mail reports that Spurs have turned their attention to Chelsea’s Axel Disasi as an alternative. With key defenders Mickey van de Ven and Cristian Romero still recovering from injuries, Spurs are eager to add reinforcements before the deadline.

Chairman Daniel Levy has also reportedly traveled to Munich to negotiate the transfer of Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel, a player who has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United and Chelsea. Tottenham hopes to secure Tel’s signature before the transfer deadline.

Manchester United Strengthens Their Squad

In a significant development, Manchester United has confirmed the signing of Ayden Heaven from Arsenal. The highly-rated 18-year-old center-back has signed a contract until June 2029, with an option for an additional year. Heaven will join the first-team squad at Old Trafford immediately.

United is also close to securing a deal for Lecce’s promising left-back, Patrick Dorgu. The 20-year-old has been omitted from Lecce’s squad for their upcoming match against Parma, signaling that his transfer is imminent. According to reports, United will pay around €30 million (£25.15 million) plus €5 million (£4.19 million) in add-ons for the highly-rated defender.

Additionally, United is stepping up efforts to sign Sporting CP’s Geovany Quenda. The club has yet to make a formal offer but is expected to agree to a deal worth approximately £33.4 million once the winter transfer window closes.
